SEO Agreement
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Agreement:
This Agreement is entered into between Rocketors and you (hereinafter referred to as “Client”).

1
Rocketors will provide the Client with:

Search Engine Optimisation Service (hereinafter referred to as “SEO service”) as described in this agreement.

2
The Content of the SEO service:

The SEO service is intended to serve two main purposes: to provide the Client with the number of “backlinks”, and to drive Online Traffic: Rocketors will use specific keywords and/or phrases to improve the search engine ranking and obtain “backlinks” from other related websites and directories to generate link popularity and traffic.

3
Rocketors’s SEO Services will include (but are not limited to):

‍Researching keywords and phrases to select appropriate, relevant search terms. Creating campaigns for each purchased URL and doing email outreach. Obtaining “backlinks” from other related websites and directories to generate link popularity and traffic. Analysis and recommendations on optimal website structure, navigation, etc. for best SEO purposes. Recommend, as required, additional web pages or content for “catching” keyword/phrase searches.

‍

4
For the purposes of receiving professional SEO services, the Client agrees to provide the following:

Administrative/backend access to the website for analysis of content and structure. Permission to make changes for the purpose of optimization, and to communicate directly with any third parties, e.g., the web designer, if necessary. Unlimited access to existing website traffic statistics for analysis and tracking purposes. A client’s domain email address* serves the purposes of requesting link authorization to use client pictures, logos, trademarks, website images, pamphlets, content, etc., for any use as deemed necessary by Rocketors for search engine optimization purposes. If the Client does not want to use the client’s domain email address*, Rocketors can use an internal one to outreach prospects. If the Client’s site is lacking in textual content, the Client will provide additional text content in electronic format to create additional or richer web pages. Rocketors can create site content at additional cost to the Client. If the Client is interested in purchasing content from Rocketors, please contact Rocketors for a cost estimate.

*client’s domain email address: something like amy@yourdomain.com

‍

5
The client must acknowledge the following with respect to SEO services:

All fees are non-refundable. All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential. Rocketors has no control over the policies of search engines with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. The Client’s website may be excluded from any directory or search engine at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory. Due to the competitiveness of some keywords/phrases, ongoing changes in search engine ranking algorithms, and other competitive factors, Rocketors does not guarantee #1 positions or consistent top 10 positions for any particular keyword, phrase, or search term. Linking to “bad neighbourhoods” or getting links from “link farms” can seriously damage all SEO efforts. Rocketors does not assume liability for the Client’s choice to link to or obtain a link from any particular website without prior consultation.

6
Rocketors is not responsible for:

‍Changes made to the website by other parties that adversely affect the search engine rankings of the Client’s website.

7
The Client guarantees:

‍Any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork provided to Rocketors for inclusion on the website above are owned by the Client, or that the Client has received permission from the rightful owner(s) to use each of the elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Rocketors and its subcontractors from any liability or suit arising from the use of such elements.

8
The parties hereto are independent contractors.

Neither party is an agent, representative, or partner of the other. Neither party shall have the authority to enter into any agreement on behalf of the other.

9
All disputes concerning:

The Agreement and the relationship between Client and Rocketors, including but not limited to disputes relating to any service, rating of services, transfer of service, the performance of service, payments on account, credits, promotions, special offers, performance, interruption of service or any other terms under Agreement shall be resolved through the following procedures: Client must first present any claim or dispute to Rocketors by contacting www.rocketors.com. Cookie Policy
1. Cookies explained

A cookie is simply a very small file of letters or numbers, stored on your computer, mobile or other device. They help track use of the website, and personalise your shopping experience. When you return to a site, the settings and information from your last visit are ‘remembered’ – like items in your shopping bag, or automatic account log-in.

Cookies are safe to store on your computer. Most web browsers have cookie storage enabled as a default setting, but all browsers offer you the option to disable this if you prefer. If you choose to disable some or all cookies, you might not be able to make full use of our website. For example, you may not be able to add items to your shopping basket, proceed to checkout, or use any of our products and services that require you to sign in.

As our valued client, it’s important to us as your trusted partner that you’re fully aware of the use of cookies on the website.
We also want to point out that we never use cookies to collect or record information such as your name, address or payment details.

2. How to manage your cookies

You can enable or disable cookies by changing your website browser settings to accept or reject cookies as required. How to do this will depend on your browser. We have provided further information below on how to check which browser you use, and how to manage cookies. As mentioned above, please bear in mind that if cookies aren’t enabled on your computer, your activities will be restricted to browsing this website – and you won’t be able to add products to your shopping bag and buy them.

First, establish which internet browser is set to default use on your machine (or which browser you use most often). To find out what it is, simply open the internet as usual and follow the steps below:

PC Users
On the toolbar at the top of your browser, click ‘Help.’ Choose the ‘About’ option from the drop-down menu. This will tell you the browser type and version.

Mac users
Click on the Apple icon in the top left corner of your browser and choose the 'About' option. This will tell you the browser type and version. Once you know the browser you’re using, the below guides for each browser will help you find the cookie settings.

Internet Explorer
Click on the ‘Tools’ tab in the menu area of your browser. Select the ‘Internet Options’ option. This should open a pop-up box with lots of tabbed options. Select the ‘Privacy’ tab. Internet Explorer has a high, medium, or low auto-adjust system for internet content handling. You can configure your own settings by clicking the ‘Advanced’ tab, and ticking ‘Override automatic cookie handling’. Settings above medium will disable cookies; medium or below will enable cookies.

Mozilla Firefox
Click on the 'Tools' tab on the menu area of your browser. Select the ‘Options’ option. This should open a pop-up window with tabs along the top. Select ‘Privacy’. You should now see options for ‘Tracking’ and ‘History’. Under the ‘History’ drop down menu, select ‘Use customer settings for history’ to adjust your cookie settings.

Google Chrome
Click on the spanner icon in your browser. Select the ‘Settings’ option. This should open a box with tabs along the left hand side. Select the ‘Under the Hood’ tab. When this page is loaded, select a tab you’ll see at the top called ‘Content Settings’. This brings up your content controls including cookie permissions.

Safari
Click on the cog icon at the top of your browser. Select the ‘Preferences’ option. This should open a pop up window with several tabs along the top. From this list select ‘Privacy’. This will open the tab page that allows you to control the cookie settings.

Opera
Click the Opera file icon in the top left hand corner of your browser. From the drop-down list of options, highlight ‘Settings’, and then scroll across and select ‘Preferences’. This should open a pop up window with tabs along the top. Select ‘Advanced’. From the advanced options, from the left hand side select ‘Cookies’. This presents the cookie options for your use on this browser.

If you have another browser... Please check the help settings within your browser, or use a search engine to find answers on the best way to enable or disable cookies in your chosen browser. Please remember we are not responsible for the content on external websites. If you’re not happy with the way we use cookies, you can delete Rocketors cookies after a visit to our site. Alternatively, browse the site using your browser’s anonymous usage setting (called ‘Incognito’ in Chrome, ‘InPrivate’ in Internet Explorer, ‘Private Browsing’ in Firefox and Safari etc).
